I’ve had issues with house washing companies in the past, but when these guys pulled up in front of my house, I knew I had finally finished weeding through the $99 guys with Home Depot pressure washers. Been several years since I’ve power washed the whole house and never could get all the grime off of it. Performance pressure and soft washing did it in a couple of hours and the price was worth it! Very professional and kind and courteous. Will definitely use them next time!!

I've always done my own basic pressure washing but when I moved there were parts of my new house I couldn't reach with my equipment so I hired Performance Pressure & Soft washing. Very professional. Took time to explain different types of options to take care of cleaning my vinyl siding, deck, driveway and walk. Was able to get rid of mat stains that were on my front porch concrete for years. Definitely recommend. Scheduled for next year.

Justus Paz did an amazing job on my house! The before and after are truly night and day. He even did my driveway and front porch! I have some damage around my garage door and Justus made sure to take the time to scrub with a brush by hand to prevent further damage. I’m not sure what other company, especially owner, would do that. His work is exceptional and the communication both before and after left me feeling confident I’d made the right choice.

They did great work. Our house is white so tends to turn green. It was our first time power washing it and it turned out amazing for an affordable price!
