I’ve used Performance & Soft Washing, LLC 3 years in a row and will not hesitate to call them again. I don’t know how Justus does it, but he leaves my house looking like new, with the siding, deck, screened porch walls and ceiling, and all the window and house trim sparkling white. It’s a big job considering that my house is on a woodsy lot and all the spiders, wasps, and lantern flies we get, along with my 2 dogs that leave muddy footprints all over the place. Big thank you to Justus and his helper. I am truly enjoying all the clean outdoor spaces. As homeowners we have a lot of maintenance and home improvement to perform, and it makes such a big difference when you are able to hire help and they do an amazing job and allow you to focus on other projects, with a feeling that you’ve just crossed off a major cleaning job off your list and it was done well.

I’ve had issues with house washing companies in the past, but when these guys pulled up in front of my house, I knew I had finally finished weeding through the $99 guys with Home Depot pressure washers. Not only did he come out on a moment’s notice due to a gutter issue, he provided amazing service and advice. He was very thorough in inspecting all possible aspects of the issue, he was patient and clear in how he communicated the issues and possible solutions to us - even suggesting when he thought we could save money by doing some parts ourselves.
