Amazing Company, they did a wonderful job on our home.

I am a local real estate agent and I called on Justus to give my client an estimate and I must say we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. When you need a professional company to come out and do an excellent job don’t hesitate to give this company a call.

Justus was professional, prompt, and communicative. He has competitive rates for quality results. He is meticulous with his work and the results are great. Will absolutely use them again.

Very professional. Took time to explain different types of options to take care of cleaning my vinyl siding, deck, driveway and walk. Was able to get rid of mat stains that were on my front porch concrete for years. Definitely recommend. Scheduled for next year.

Definitely recommended. Great communication and of course great service!

Explained everything & listened to what we wanted done

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Performance Pressure Washing for a much-needed cleaning job, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the service they provided. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and expertise. First and foremost, their responsiveness was outstanding. I reached out to them in need of an estimate, and within hours, they contacted me to schedule a visit. The very next day, the owner of the business arrived at my doorstep, ready to assist. Not only did they provide a prompt response, but they also patiently explained the entire process, leaving no question unanswered. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from the get-go. One of the most impressive aspects was their commitment to environmentally friendly practices. They took the time to emphasize that their products were eco-friendly, ensuring the safety of plants and pets around my property. It was reassuring to know that I was hiring a company that cares about the environment and takes steps to minimize any negative impact. The actual service was nothing short of outstanding. The appointment was scheduled just a few days after the estimate, which was incredibly convenient. Punctuality is important to me, and I was delighted that they arrived precisely on time. They took the time to walk me through their plan and confirmed that everything would be done as promised. When the work commenced, I was amazed by the results. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing a thorough job were evident in every aspect of their work. My property was left looking immaculate, as if it had been magically transformed. Outstanding work. From the start the Communication was great from start to finish. They provided us with pressure washing services for the entire house (looks like a new house) they also replaced boards on our old deck and stain and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of everything. Very competitively priced. Definitely check these guys out. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal experience with Performance Pressure and Soft Washing LLC! Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Justus Paz did an amazing job on my house! The before and after are truly night and day. He even did my driveway and front porch! I have some damage around my garage door and Justus made sure to take the time to scrub with a brush by hand to prevent further damage. I’m not sure what other company, especially owner, would do that. His work is exceptional and the communication both before and after left me feeling confident I’d made the right choice.

Wonderful job, our pool area looks new, garage doors are beautiful and my little patio is just lovely as is back of garage, very pleasant guys and they went the extra mile

Excellent job! Took pride in assuring house clean vs doing the job fast. I will use Joshua again next time.

House was super clean, not only did he do an amazing job, he is a great person.

I love your work! Thanks for making my clients happy!!

Extremely thorough, extremely professional and on time. Price was less than competitors but quality far surpassed others that I have hired to clean my house. Uses a soft wash and it looks amazing!

Amazing work! Punctual, professional, and efficient! He .ade sure to get all the nooks and crannies in the driveway and on all sides of the house including the face of the gutters. My house really does look brand new! Thank you!

2nd time using their service to clean our windows (3 stories) and they take extra care to do the job right. Extremely professional and guarantee their work. Moving to a 6mo service contract with them because their work is so good!

They came in and did a wonder job. My house looks great

amazing service and work. will be a repeat customer yearly.

Absolutely amazing work. Above and beyond customer service

Excellent service. Fair pricing, showed up on time, and most importantly, did a great job. Will be a repeat customer, for sure.

I can see why Justus gets so many five star reviews. Above and beyond is an understatement and a staple of his business. Not only did he come out on a moment’s notice due to a gutter issue, he provided amazing service and advice. He was very thorough in inspecting all possible aspects of the issue, he was patient and clear in how he communicated the issues and possible solutions to us - even suggesting when he thought we could save money by doing some parts ourselves. Outstanding customer service and just a genuine and pleasant guy. I would not hesitate to call you again.

What a great experience I will definitely be hiring them year after year. Very professional. Was definitely worth every bit of the money.

I’ve had issues with house washing companies in the past, but when these guys pulled up in front of my house, I knew I had finally finished weeding through the $99 guys with Home Depot pressure washers. I knew I had found a serious and professional organization who could meet my expectations. Except they surpassed them. I will be reaching out to y’all in the future for some repeat business.

Mr. Paz was very polite and professional. He did an amazing job on my house. Quality work!! Thanks again.

Justus and his team were wonderful! I have never seen my siding and back patio so clean! I also have power washed my patio in the past and it’s never looked so good! Highly recommend, their price was reasonable too!

Justus at Performance Pressure & Soft Washing LLC deserves all the stars. Professional, on time, was very friendly and did a fantastic job power washing this 20 year old townhouse! I look forward to using Performance Pressure & Soft Wash again in the near future!,

I was in desperate need of a gutter cleaning before some rainy weather due to my basement flooding from a previous storm. Justus was able to fit me in a couple days after calling when another company canceled on me. Justus and crew did a great job cleaning my gutters. I later had him power wash my porch and patio and install gutter guards. Justus was very professional and everything was as very reasonable price. I will absolutely use Performance Pressure & Soft Washing in the future.

I would highly recommend Performance Pressure and Soft Washing. It had been a few years since the house was last cleaned. It now looks like new. Arrived on time and did the work at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Fast, thorough, professional, and competitive pricing. Thanks guys!

I've always done my own basic pressure washing but when I moved there were parts of my new house I couldn't reach with my equipment so I hired Performance Pressure & Soft washing. The work they did put my amateur efforts to shame and have made me retire my pressure washer. They were on time, efficient and friendly. Thank you Justus!

I can't say enough great things about Justus. From our very first phone call to the completion of the job, they were professional, courteous, dependable, and truly took pride in their work. They generously sponsored the Oak Grove Community Closet by power washing our storage containers, and the results were outstanding. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations. It's refreshing to work with a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the people they serve. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional power washing services. Thank you, Justus and Joseph, for your generosity, your outstanding service, and for supporting the Oak Grove Community Closet. We truly appreciate all you've done for us! 💜💚

Justus is the BEST!!!!!! He was honest about what needed to be done and what areas really didn’t need attention. He was prompt, friendly and very communicative. I’m do to have some more power washing done and he is the only company I will consider!

Justus and his team were professional and detailed when it came to power washing our home. Some of the trickier spots, they actually scrubbed. Afterwards,he took us around our property to go over what was done. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Been several years since I’ve power washed the whole house and never could get all the grime off of it. Performance pressure and soft washing did it in a couple of hours and the price was worth it! Very professional and kind and courteous. Will definitely use them next time!!

They did great work. Our house is white so tends to turn green. It was our first time power washing it and it turned out amazing for an affordable price!
